Requirements

A usual gcc development environment is necessary.

For proper operation of the initial time difference finding, the fftw3 library and corresponding header file needs to be installed for the fast fourier code.

Gnuplot needs to be installed for operating the graphical user interface (GUI) as it is the graphical rendering engine for displaying mointor data.
